MP4 Player Not Charging When I Try To Charge It. Help!

Question: My MP4 Player is not charging when I try to charge it. Is something wrong with the battery? Please help!

Answer: The USB cable could be faulty or the USB connection point on your player, the pins on the chipboard on the player, or perhaps the batteries hasn't been soldered on correctly to have it charged.

Follow These Steps:

A. Use another USB cable and connect your MP4 player to it and see if it charges.

B. Use A/C wall charger adapter that came with the MP4 player to try charging and see if it works.

C. Use another USB port on the PC to try charging and make sure it's not plugged into any USB hubs. It's best to plug the USB cable directly into the USB port on your computer and not running off a USB hub.
