| My Chinese MP4 player suddenly got stopped. it only displaying the loading screen. when I attach my player to my pc it detects new hardware but it cant find the driver. I have XP installed in my pc. I have noticed two chip inside the player one small chip(SPT SP3767AHN 07LS35) and other medium size chip (Hynix KDR HY27UT088G2A). Pls. solve the problem. |

Did you try uploading files or anything before the mp4 player stopped working? Does it give an error message? Give as much detail as possible. Thanks.

| thank you for your prompt reply. the player has never communicated with the pc it has always been shown as an unknown device. all the functions on the player work, except the web cam. sorry i made this reply to my question in error spodey |
