Hi

I have this MP4 watch

http://etronicsland.com/video-mp4-player-4gb-black-wrist-watch-hi-res-tft-screen-p-418.html

I have 8gb one I think. The only diff between the pic and the one I have is of menu. I dont have that kind of menu.except the menu, everything is same

Anyways, my watch has firmware

FW:01.30.10
CHIP:01

This is the default firmware. I have not updates it.

The prob is with the videos. I cant play mtv videos. The mtv video which came with the watch runs fine but I cant add more videos using the converter that was provided in the cd.

Whenever I try to play a converted a video (mtv) it says

File Ver: 007
Ver. Not Support

But if I use a differnt converter to convert it to mtv, it says unknown format.

A frind of mine told me to try to play smv but it also doesnt work. I know that it plays mtv because the one video that runs is mtv.

Please help me and tell me what to do.

And I cant zoom pics

no matter what the size

And I have another problem. 2 days ago, my watch automatically shut down (even though the battery was full)

Then I charged it a couple f times, then it ran. But since then, I have to press the button for 5-6 secs (against 2-3 secs which was required before that hapened to my watch)

I am more cared about the video problem and zooming. Please answer those

and should I update my firmware?

Thanks!!!!

You may be having problems converting MTV files because you may not have some video/audio codecs on your computer. Try the link below to install codec pack, then try to convert videos into MTV format and see if it works.

Click link below:
SLD Codec Pack
