I have BROSS portable multimedia player, before it was crashed when I attach it to computer it was working well and I could upload my music photos etc... after crashing, when I attach it to computer or when I try to open it pmp says ''software loading'' as always but its freezing in the middle of ''software loading'' and its not opening.. I don't know what to do please help!!  |

and also because of its not opening I can't see the driver of pmp on my computer.. |
