Player unused for two months recharged OK. Then all files played for only5/10 seconds befored moving to next file.
Has a setting jumped, if so which?
There is a reset hole at rear, but have no idea of it's function
User guide gibberish & supplier non responsive.
Any ideas welcome. |

The 'reset' button on the mp4 player on the rear is to reboot it when it freezes up.
When you say "all files" play for 5 seconds, How many files are there? What file formats? MP3?AMV?NXV?WMA?
What is the storage capacity of the mp4 player? |

Thanks.
It plays the first 5 seconds or so of any MP3 file and moves to the next. There are about 60 files.
All would play completely before.
The storage is 1G.

Did you try to reformat the MP4 player storage and put all 60 files back onto it? Try that and see.....if you haven't
Hopefully that would fix any corruption of files, etc when you reformat. _________________ MP4 Player PMP Fanatic |
