| I just bought an Onyx media player. The smv converter seems to be working converting an mp4 movie to smv, then I get a blue screen telling me that the computer is shutting down to prevent it from being damaged. The screen isn't up long but I think there was also something about a crash dump. When the computer restarts I am asked to debut a file. All this has happened 4 times with 2 versions of smv converter. Never happened before. I'm using Vista Home Premium. How do I solve this? |

| Try to download the CODEC package from the 'file downloads section' of etronicsland.com, then re-install the SMV converter software and see if that helps. |
