Totally technically challenged!!

I have just ordered free games to download onto my son's MP4 player. When I went to my account and selected download, I did not receive any pop up boxes regarding the download, but my account now tells me I have downloaded the games. I have tried searching my files but to no avail. Can anyone help me?? I am very technically challenged so please go easy on me!!!

Hello...
There is a download button that you have to click on at the corner of the screen, then it brings up the URL page. From there, you will see list of games that you select, then download as a zip file.
