| i tried another usb cable & used the ac charger.it still never charged.but it works now when its pluged into the wall.it never worked at all before with the other cable.perhaps i'm doing it wrong.i leave it on to charge.is this right??i never tried the computer usb port yet.i will try that tonight.i'm having to sneak around to do this. it is suppose to be a bd gift for my 7 yr old so i will be happy just to get it working.this sight is great.thks for all the help. |

Did you purchase the player recently? Is it brand new player or refurbished? It really sounds like the battery is dead.
If you bought it recently, take it back to the store that you bought it from and get a replacement. Hopefully you have a 30 day exchange or refund warranty. |
