Shipping & Returns

• We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and postal route addresses. Please provide an alternate address so that packages can be delivered between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Orders are shipped to confirmed credit card billing addresses only. No exceptions.

• Some items have FREE SHIPPING within U.S. and Canada only. We sell to most countries internationally. Shipping charges for international destinations is calculated during the checkout process.

• We are unable to accept C.O.D. orders.

• Order shipment normally takes 5-10 business days after order receipt for deliveries within North America, but please note that some items may take longer to ship out than others. Delivery time depends on order quantity and can take up to 12 business days. Make sure you keep this in mind when ordering during the Holiday Season.

• Please keep the original carton(s), all packing materials and parts; you may need them to process a return or exchange.

• If you receive cartons that are visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier’s freight bill or receipt, and obtain a copy. Contact Customer Service or Returns Department using our online form.

RMA Request
In order to return a etronicsland.com product for in-warranty service, the following procedures should be used.
IMPORTANT : etronicsland.com will not accept any returns without RMA Number.
This service is applicable only for etronicsland.com products purchased in Canada or the USA.

RMA Request:

* Contact etronicsland.com Returns Department by contact form on the website.
* Include your personal data (Name, full address, telephone, email address, etc).
* Indicate the model(type) and serial number of the product, as well as date of purchase.
* Give a complete fault description in English.
* Be as detailed as possible.
* By using the RMA request, the user confirms to understand and accept the terms and conditions as described in the Service Policy.

Return Authorization:

* After receipt of the RMA request by etronicsland.com, a confirmation and authorisation message will be communicated within 24 hours on business days.
* This document will contain:
o A RMA number (which is your reference number)
o Your personal data (please check them carefully for any mistakes)
o The product's data (please check them carefully for any mistakes)
o The problem description (may be summarised)
o Instructions what to do with the defective unit.
o Instructions about the defective unit and the RMA Service.

Service:

* After receipt of the RMA material, etronicsland.com will service the product as indicated on the original RMA request, and return it within the shortest time by courier.
