The new Motorola Xyboard tablets are being offered by Verizon Wireless in the United States. The Xyboard is the successor to the XOOM tablets, which were known for being overpriced, and were not selling well for Motorola.

The Xyboard features 1.2Ghz dual-core processors. Listed below are more detailed specs of these new Xyboards tablets:
8.2 inch display (other models include a 10.1 inch display). The 10.1 inch model is being targeted to business customers and comes with a 2.1 virtual surround sound system with subwoofer.
